With a combination of 30 years in the manufacture of vacuum form tooling and 20 years in the supply of vacuum forming machinery. KPS forming are able to supply a complete vacuum forming service.

We offer a full in house facility to accommodate all aspects of vacuum forming. From the design and development of prototype tooling to the finished tooling required for production runs.

We have a range of manual and fully automatic vacuum forming machinery to accommodate small, medium and large runs. Offering short lead times due to full in house facilities.
We can form a wide range of materials with thickness ranges from 200micron up to 6mm.
